Teryn Wolfe, Founder and Executive Director. Teryn is a Fulbright Researcher based in Medellin, Colombia with a MA in International Environmental Policy, Business and Sustainable Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. With past experience working in business, development and environmental policy, while on a Fulbright scholarship in Medellin, Colombia, she jumped at the opportunity to apply her diverse experiences to bring together multiples sectors and make a BIG impact for developing communities, businesses and NGOs alike—and started E2E. Teryn is passionate about working at the nexus of business, the environment and poverty reduction, and works tirelessly to provide direction, vision and inspiration to her team and network. If you find Teryn taking a break from dreaming of E2E’s future, you’ll find her rock climbing, on her bike, cooking up some delicious vegan treats or traveling to new places!

Francisco Gonzalez Citelly Communications and Marketing Director

Francisco Gonzalez Citelly, Communications and Marketing Director. Francisco holds an honors Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism, with a focus in Economic Journalism and Corporate Communication, from the Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia. He has an impressive professional background in communications, having lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives in a variety of different media with in Colombia and Latin America. Francisco thrives in multicultural environments, and is driven to implement his personal and professional experience to bring together local and international business and non-profit organizations for development. Francisco speaks English, French and Italian. He is a music aficionado, and when Francisco is not unrelentlessly promoting E2E, he can be found engulfed in novels by some of his favorite authors, including Stieg Larsson, Fiódor Dostoyevski, Junot Díaz and ZZ Packer; Gabriel García Márquez, Oriana Fallaci and Truman Capote.

Project Coordinator 

Sara Vallejo Castaño, Project Coordinator. Sara is a Chemical Engineer with a degree from La Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Medellín. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Environmental and Development studies at La Universidad Nacional. Sara is an expert in alternative energy, product development. Apart from her native Spanish, she is fluent in English and Portuguese. In her free time, you’ll find Sara giving salsa lessons, dancing or performing!

Sebastian Sanchez Osorio, Multimedia Coordinator. Sebas has an extensive portfolio from several years of experience as a professional photographer. He has an exceptional way of communicating our clients’ needs through thoughtful, honest and inspiring photography. Through his work, Sebas adds a meaningful and personal perspective to our projects and programs.
